Vintage Jewelry Designers - Who Am I?

I've been suffering from a summer cold that won't go away, so I want to have have some fun today. This is another in my ongoing guessing game series about popular vintage jewelry designers. I'll give you some clues and pictures and you see if you can guess which designer it is. Ready? Here are your clues:
  • Dates of operation - 1938 to the present day
  • Founded in Providence, Rhode Island
  • Some of their early designs sold for $65 for more, which was very expensive at the time
  • Had a lovely range of ivory jewelry that was marked with red and silver foil hang tags
  • Made a large number of 1/20 12K gold filled and sterling silver designs
  • Used flowers and leaves as motifs a great deal
  • Many of their items were sold as sets
Here are some pictures of my designs:

(answer is also shown reading backwards at the bottom of this blog post.)
